Front Suspension off a 1998 Honda Civic EX 2DR.

It connects to the Passenger Side Front LCA

that part is just part of the LCA, dont think its sold seperately at the dealer. unless you can find it at a salvage yard

That is part of the Lower control arm assembly. When you get a used one for $40, they give you all of that stuff you see attached to that part. Not the stuff floating in air in the pic. Usually the part that goes bad is the inner most bushing.
