ok i bought a TD04 turbo really cheap and i need to know if its a good turbo for my 90 teggy LS and where could i find a used turbo mainifold

i'd check the classifieds of honda boards (ie. here, HT, team-integra) first before i went to ebay.

and about the turbo being good....is it TD04 R/S/or E? in my opinion. a TD04 is a bit bigger than you should go unless you have big plans for being a horsepower queen. and if you bought it used, check for shaftplay. if it is used with a good amount of miles on it, consider having the cartridge rebuilt (you said you bought it cheap, and a rebuild isn't that expensive).

my friend bought a used turbo, didn't have shaftplay but the seals in the cartridge were shot and he was burning oil through the turbo like mad.

 

Any T-25 flanged manifold will fit the TD-05. If it is the 15G, it may be a little too small for your application. The 18G is a nice turbo and is the one that is equipped with the Greddy kits.
