Default Trans Noise?

I have a 1992 Integra GS and just installed a Exedy Stg 1 Clutch. After about 12-1300 miles on the clutch, I noticed a clicking sound coming from under the hood, BUT, only while decelerating (like accelerating to 10mph in 1st gear, then slowing down while the car is still in gear) in 1st gear. The sound is not present in 2nd or 3rd gear (that I can hear anyway). I am wondering what this could be since the noise is only present while the car is in gear.
I've followed the break-in instructions that came w/ the clutch, and adjusted @ 750 miles. I'm somewhat mechanically inclined, but have never heard something like this before. I tried searching the forums for similar issues, but couldn't find anything.

Any ideas?

Thanks,
Nick
P.S. This car is BONE stock, no mods whatsoever, 221k miles

Not sure if this tranny is stock or a replacement. It goes into gear fine, no grinding whatsoever. Even when shifting at various engine speeds, no issues. Just that stupid little noise.
Is there a possibility that the clutch I bought isn't of good quality, or the install was not done correctly?
