I just got my integra and it has a ACT clutch and when I let off the clutch going into 1st it makes a nosie but only like 50% of the time and only in 1st.

 

So whats your question? Whats the noise?

 

throw out bearing?

 

it squeals when I let off the clutch just when i got in the 1st gear. Anyone know why? I called one place and told them what was going on and they said it didnt sound like a throw out bearing cause he said if it was it would be squealing every time i push the clutch in and its not doing that

possibly just what they call clutch chatter...

I have an act clutch, but the only time it ever squeeks is if i let off out of first gear super slow in shitty slow traffic, and it's minor, and maybe 2% of the time.
