I have a 95 Itegra and when the weather gets cold and I put in in park, the light inticator still shows that it is in drive. When the engine heats up (about 20 mins) then the "Park" indicator light then activates. Does not happen in Summer only when the weather turns colder. When I drive to work (30 miles) this does not happen.
