Default B16a1 quoted at 150bhp in uk.

The B16a1 in the UK is quoted at 150bhp my freind had one and had it dynoed standard and it came up around that mark, I also work in halfords and have a full supersprint exhausts catalogue (www.supersprint.com) in which they dyno the car before and after the exhausts are fitted, standard the HONDA CRX 1.6 i-vt gen 2 dynos at 150bhp.
Also i have a 1994 honda civic VTI with a B16A2, It is listed at 158/160 bhp, It also dynos at 163BHP on the website standard. When i dynoed my car standard it was at 162bhp.

I dont know if its differant in the UK than america etc, however thats what many UK websites and the Honda dealership also say.

I'm not trying to be awkward but i'm just a bit confused with these differances?

You are confused. The before and after exhaust dynos are WHP, not BHP.

BHP (brake horse power) is measured at the flywheel, not at the wheels/hubs. BHP is higher than WHP because some power is lost in the transmission, driveshafts, etc.
