Offers more than it can hold up to. I noticed the tiniest of differences in power, because my motor is stock, and it is civic LX motor. And I already get 45 MPG so it in no way improved it. I'd save the 19.95 and put it towards gas.
Isn't that the thing that looks like an apple cutter? Because if it is, that thing, along with ANY other car part advertised on QVC or HSN or whatever other home shopping stations there are is complete BS.

1. Keep your car in good running condition (engine, alignment, tire pressure) and
2. Learn to drive efficiently.
