http://www.c-speedracing.com/howto/b...tch/clutch.php
that site should help you out. I did a clutch on my car and it took me about 6 hours. Getting the tranny alighned with the block was kinda of difficult. Why do you want to remove your transmission?

ya getting the tranny out is not that bad, the worst part is getting it to line up and getting the shiftlinkage pin off. Dont forget you have to remove the starter and axles when taking the tranny off

I just did it on my 91 teg about a month ago - and it's an automatic (just a bit heavier). The ass that had the car before me decided to do some reverse curls... there was a chunk 2x3 missing on the bottom of the case. Back on topic - I just took it out from the bottom - it took me and a buddy 2 days to pull the replacement, the busted one, and install the replacement. It makes it easier if you have a couple floor jacks...
