Default USDM ITR header vs LS header

I know these headers are interchangeable but I need to know if the ITR is more free flowing? I remember finding a cat comparison between the models previously but I can't find a header comparison.

Is this for a GSR? im confused by what you're asking. If you're asking if an ITR header will be good for a GSR, then yes. I dont know where the LS header comes into play though...

I'm looking to put the USDM ITR header on my base model RS - as far as i know it's a direct bolt up replacement. I am unsure if there is an advantage to have the ITR header? I can't find any comparisons.

The OEM ITR header is slightly better than the OEM LS....but nothing like the JDM header. You'd be better off going with the JDM heade, or going aftermarket.

Exactly.

I didnt know what he was trying to say, cause nowhere in there did he say this was for an integra RS.

I can pick up the ITR one for about $50-$80 and I'm wondering if it's worth it? I don't feel like dropping $300+ right now on an aftermarket. I'd be installing it myself so that wouldn't cost me anything.

At that price I'd pick it up just to trade to someone else for an aftermarket header

I would keep the ITR header. More free-flowing for a lot cheaper than an aftermarket.
