An oil change should cost you around $25-30 depending on place and type of oil. The tie rod, water pump, and timing belt you can all find out from your local dealership. Other than that, just go to a reputable place (doesnt have to be expensive) and find out what they charge for all of those installations. Nobody can really tell you a price for this, as it depends on certain aspects.

I will price out how much it will be for parts:

tune-up:
Cap / rotor oem (www.prostreetonline.com): $20 shipped
Plugs NGk: $45
Plugs Ngk: $6

Oil change:
Stp filter: $2.99
Oil syn: $20-30

Alignment:$50
Tie rod: $40 for both (i think from autozone, this is effy).
Oem timing belt, tensioneer, return spring and Timing belt (www.prostreetonline.com). $145 shipped.

As for labor? If you not mechanically inclined, research and do everything yourself except the timing belt, wheel alignment, and Tie-rod.

I just got a quote of 550 for timing belt, waterpump, and thermostat. All installed at a couple shops. They were within 20 bucks of each other. (Washington state so who knows how relevant 550 is)
I'm going to do all myself.

For all that, 1000 is a good ball park figure.

I work at a shop and I'll give you Sears Auto Prices
Oil Change= 21.99
Alignment= 64.99
Tie Rod (part) $30-60
Install (outer tie rod) $43, (inner tie rod) $73
Water pump (part) $50-70
Install=should be part of timing belt labor (don't let them fool you)
Try to get parts from advanced auto if you want to try after market

We don't do Tune-ups, or timing belts, but i'd say about $100 for the tune-up and aother $300-400 for the timing belt

Total: about 600-700 dolla
