If anyone is wondering this same thing i talked a buddy of mine at an acura dealership he said that it is the computer that does this its to slow the TL's do the same thing. I guess the its not giving it enough gas but an OBDII and Apexi computer could help it but how to hook it up is the problem now does anyone know where to get a OBDI to OBDII conversion harness?

I experience the same thing with my '05 base RSX. However, I've found that this can be eliminated by keeping the RPM above 3,000 or so when shifting. It's a bit harder on the clutch though.
