Default 89 Civic Si & 91 CRX Si Special Edition/NJ

Year:1991
Make:Honda
Model:CRX Si
Mileage:Odometer reads 144K, but title states 209K (cluster must've been changed)
Color: Teal Green
VIN (Avaiable upon request)
Location of Vehicle: NJ
Price: $1200

I will post pics tonight after I take them. The CRX is Teal Green. This vehicle doesn't start. Don't know much about the history of the car since the previous owner bought, but didn't do anything with it and that's when I bought it.

Upon purchasing the car it did not have the rear interior panels, but it does have them now since I was able to locate them.

Apparently it was completely stripped because it was going to be made into a track car, but that owner dumped the project and the car sat after that for 18months. At this point it's been sitting for over 2yrs.

Upon troubleshooting I found that I wasn't getting fuel due to the fuel pump not working. Now replaced, but car still won't start. Further troubleshooting the car was off 180 degrees off timing now in timing, but cranks really slow. It just cranks.

I paid $1200 which is what I'm asking.

Model:Civic Si <~~SOLD~~>

Is that 1200 for both, or what?

I'm only interested in the Civic, I live on Long Island and could come pick it up as long as it's drivable. Not at all interested in the CRX.

email mabusonline at yahoo.com if this is still available.

No, that's $1200 for the CRX.

The car is very much driveable and will make it to LongIsland.

Default Crx

I had same problem with my CRX and it was just the main relay. It is a very easy fix and is the most common known problem with this car. It provides the power to the fuel pump. Mine started getting very intermittent until I resoldered mine. They didn't do a good job soldering the studs inside. You can probably remove yours and resolder it and it crank right up. I only charge $50 for my advice.......You can have a great running little gas saver for just a little work. E-mail me at GGflyguy@aol.com if it fixes it. I don't check here much.
