ihave a 2000 civic si

i see 3 wires comming from the mirror itself. its the one with the light on the outside. i m wondering how to connect them to the signal. do i have to ground one wire?.
i think there is a blue white and black ....

does anyone know how to wire them to the signal and what wires the signal is?????????

 

Black will be ground. I imagine you will have to tap one of the others into your signal wire up front. I don't know what the other wire is for. Are these powered mirrors?
