Diamond Cut Headlights

I can't really tell the difference besides the fact that it's been painted to look JDM/Euro. Just wondering cause I'm looking for either a set of premade JDM Blacks or originals' so I can paint them black headlights for my gf's car.

They look good to me, I would buy them for $100 so that I dont have to rip apart the whole headlight, paint it and put it back together.
All of the generics are pretty much the same except for the Projectors. Its just the blak housing.

Why not just do the headlights that are already on the car and save $120?

1-I don't really have the oppurtunity go through the whole proocess at once and the car can't be out of commission.

2-I'd like to have a back-up set just in case I go through the process.

Thats what i was saying. For a guy like me with a little knowledge of it but no experience and who drives the car everyday, its ok to pay $100 for an extra pair.
Go for it dude and later you can work on the OEMs if you want to paint then housing or something.

Clearing my headlights was the first thing I ever did to a car or on a car. It's not difficult or that time consuming.

Oh I agree with you thats its easy and not very time comsuming but I work 60+ hours a week with only 1 day off plus I go to college and iam taking 6 crs this semesters so for me it is time consuming cause every hours counts for me.
I know it feels good to do something or create something with your own hands and time is the enemy and there are alot of people like me too.
Back to the topic, its up to him if he can paint the housing or if he want to buy another pair.

No no, I'd rather make my own set cuz I'm anal about the painting and making sure I have it looking just right, plus I want to add a city light hole in the highbeam housing.

It's just that my gf's car is in LI and I'm in Manhattan and I don't think that her parents would like for me to be baking her headlights in their oven so I would have to go to her house, remove the headlights, drive back to my place and do the process which with drying time takes almost all day. Then drive back to her place and reinstall.

Whereas if I was to just but a new set and just slap them on, it would save me alot of time and trips. But I guess I'll just look for a cheap set of OEM's to work with.
