Default 1998 Accord v6 - Dash lights going nuts!

Need some advice. I have about 197,000 miles on my 98 Accord. I'm the original owner and this has be a very low mantaince vehicle for me. But in the last 3 months my dash warning light have been getting wacky. All of my warning light have been blinking the SRS, ABS, even the battery and door lights flicker on and off. Now when driving at night when the SRS light comes on it effects my headlights. They brighten when the SRS light comes on in fact other drivers think I'm flashing my bright lights at them.

Thoughts on where I start.

Your alternator is almost dead. Replace ASAP.

Delphi alternator, right? I'm suprised it's lasted this long. They usually die by 100k miles.

Note: The four cylinder Denso alternators don't have the problems that the six cylinder Delphi alternators do.

 It irritates the shit out of me when people post problems, get help, then don't tell us how it went. Not only is it kind of rude, it's a problem because new members who find the old threads often don't know if the solution worked or not or if there even was a solution.

It doesn't bug me at all, since they'll usually ask again if it didn't work. Not posting anything further is usually a good sign.
