is there any noticeable and performance difference between 05 and 06 RSX type S?

is it worth it to get the 06?

You will notice that the HP rating is different but everybody is aware by now that it's because of Honda's use of the new SAE standard for rating HP. It is the same motor as last year.

The suspension is also the same as 2005, there having already been some changes made to help perfect the McPherson design on the front and allay comments from enthusiasts.

Actually, there are a couple of differences.

The powertrain warranty was extended on the 06 from 4yr/50k to 6yr/70k.
