1999 3.2tl stereo replacement
i was curious to know whether or not i was going to do an amp bypass...
does the 99tl have stock amps? or can i just plug the harness up and go with a new cd player?
...or will i need to change everything out?

The 99TL has a stock bose amplifier behind the rear seat. It depends on what you want to replace. I believe all the stock speakers are 1 ohm, so unless you get a high-current competition amplifier, it wouldn't work with a new CD player without changing out all the speakers.
