DIY: Valentine 1 hardware guide

1. Mount Valentine One above your rearview so it tucks in nicely, and so your rear sensor can see out the hatch.
2. Run telephone cord around the headliner, down the A-Pillar and down beside the door.
3. Unlock fuse box located below steering wheel.
4. Find a small plug (not a fuse) located directly above the fuses that is empty and has 3 pins.
5. Crimp power wire from hardwire kit (cut off the metal end) into a spade connector and place that in the MIDDLE pin for power.
6. Use the screw that holds the fusebox in for ground.
7. Hide excess wire and call it a day.

Check the www.radardetector.net forums. There's a guy selling modified remote displays over there for $80 shipped. Or there's a guide over there to buying the LEDs you need and solidering them in. I chose the easy route.
