When I was coming from Boston to Raleigh NC on the highway, my cruise system was broken so I was astonished very much.
because it happened suddenly, I wanted to try again to push button after that time it worked.
but after it worked, the cruise problem happened again suddenly, so I could not control my TLs well.
So I hit a slice wall on the highway. I was so upset because of the cruise problem on my car. Fortunately I could fix my cruise system because I had still a warranty in Acura dealer in Raleigh NC
But more seriouse problem was that my tire and wheels were cracked little bit.
I asked the Acura dealer in Raleigh NC for reimbursing my wheels and tires because I got the slice accident due to the cruise problem. My wheels were little broken so air leaks little bit not much.

Eventually I have to fix my two wheels, and I have to replace two tires.
but Acura told the my local dealer that Acura don't reimburse or compansate for my 2 wheels fixed and tires replaced.

So I want to issue this problem of mine to the Acura by myself.
Have you guys had some kinds of problem like me?
Could you recommand to me how I would do?

FIrst of all, it is very hard to understand what you are posting. If I read it correctly, somehow, you were having cruise control problem and you turned it off. You turned it on again and the problem continued and you somehow lost control and hit a wall?

Did the dealer tell you what they found was wrong? How did you hit the wall? Didn't you try to use the brakes? Basically, you will have to proof the Acura that the cruise control malfunction was the direct cause of you hitting the wall, but I don't see how you could win as you could've used your brakes and steering wheel to manuever still. Good luck.
