Default are there pistons and rods for a "grey plug" zc?

Hello. Im looking at the "grey plug" zc motor.

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...tem=7990647978

It claims to have 140 hp, 140 ft-lbs torque, i dont think its THAT high. but anyways, i would be turboing it either way, and i was wondering if there are rods and pistons, that would fit this. i know that rods are not made for a jdm d15b, is that the case with this. if you could give me links, that would help alot. Thanks alot.

here are some possibilites.

Eagle Rods

http://www.eaglerod.com/products/Hon...da%20rods.html

KMS forged pistons

http://www.honda-performance.com/info-lv2.asp?id=353

If i bought the zc motor, and put in the eagle rods, and kms pistons....what would my whp limit be? i know i could just turbo the motor iwth the stock internals, but i want it to be reliable, and i would hope that with $1000 in internals, i should be able to up the boost safely to maybe 15 psi? Would i need any head work for that?

Thanks

Stock the motor should be fine for just over 200whp, with rods and pistons you should be good for about 350whp - 400whp depending on your tuning.

if i went with the rods and pistons and shot for 350 whp....what else would i need to replace? what is the next most likely thing to break?

mounts?

axles?

thanks

Your wallet.

At 350 whp, which I assume you'd be getting via turbo, you'll need new fuel injectors, and would be close to needing new sleeves. New mounts and axles would depend on how rough you're being on launches.

thanks, yeah this power would be gained by turbo. ill probably stay well under 350, then. i want 200-250 whp, but i want it to be reliable. Are there any rods from a stock honda/acura that will fit in either the zc or a d16z6 ? i was looking at the eagle rods, but i read that you have to notch out some of the block, for them to fit right. do integra rods fit in d-series without modifications?

thanks
