Default VIGOR ROTORS "HELP"

Maybe someone can help me out. I have an Acura Vigor. Now, I am trying to replace the front rotors. After I take the calipers off along with the caliper bracket that is bolted behind the rotor, there are four bolts that hold the rotor into the hub. I have taken the four bolts off and I have also taken the axel nut off. The rotor is loose, but it is somewhat stuck behind the plate where the lugs are placed into. The rotor seems like it's stuck in between the hub somehow. Does anyone know how to take these rotors off? This rotor doesn't have the two screws like the integra and civics, it has four bolts that hold the rotor into the hub.

Where ever you take it make sure you question them about the bearings before and after. I was told that the bears are often damaged during the removal of the rotors. Sometime your mechanic will be able to fix them sometimes they'll have to replace them.
