Guyz I'm looking for a Civic, Accord, or GS-R for a 2nd car.

Gotta haves:
clean title (don't want someone's sob story)
Sedan (2 kids 2 doors 2 hard)
auto trans (wif will drive when I'm haze grey and underway)
COLD a/c (beat the heat)
tight body and drive train (I don't want a project)
Gotta pass emissions otherwise they won't let it on base.

Nice to haves:
any performance mods (VTEC et al)
kickin' audio
performance wheels and rubber

Buget = $8K (I know I'm not gonna win any shows)
