Default 96 TL Sway bar bushings

I just found out my front bushings are bad. Estimate said 1 hr. labor to fix. Can weekend mechanic with decent ability tackle this? If so what goes into it? Any additional parts needed that might come up? Never attempted this before and just need some direction!!

If you have access to a jack and/or lift, then it shouldn't be too hard. But if you are afraid to work underneath your car and you don't have good tools (rusty or hard to get off bolts) then I would just pay the 1 hour labor.
