when does the 2006 TL come out? and does any one knows what the differences is or have a pic of it.

It would probably hit dealers around late August/early September. But don't look for drastic changes - it was brand new for '04, Honda typically goes 6 years on a chasis, with styling changes only 3 years in. So the '07 would probably have some changes, but not the '06.
