TL radio switch

Hi guys, I have a question. I just got a 01 TL and I really want an indash 6 disc cd changer. I was wondering if I get an 02 radio, will it fit in my 01? Has anyone done this before?

I have not done this before, but I'm pretty sure that the wiring is different. This is not to say that you cannot splice the harnesses to make em work... but I don't think it will just pop right in. FWIW

the radio should plug in only thing that might not work is the steering wheel controls and maybe the nav voice , also the navi cars have a diffrent radio .
