highest level of boost on a completely stock h22A
Whats the highest amount of boost you can go on the stock internals on a h22A engine, without lowering compression? I am thinking around 5 or 6 psi. I have heard that h22's dont really like boost. Comments, suggestions, THANKS
The H22's are known for weak ringlands that will crack under high boost. I wouldn't go more than 10 psi on an H22 with stock internals.
Lower compression is helpful for higher boost levels, but forged internals will eliminate ringland failure.

Yep, summed up.
Do some research, find out what others are running set-up wise and power wise to determin what your safe running.
The really isn't a certain psi limit, it's more or less a power limit.
Don't use 8psi or 10psi as your limiting factors as they won't break your motor. Like shmoo said though, the h22 is notorious for cracking ring lands under boost.
