Default what is the best way to tune a turbocharged engine?

i might turbo my car in the near future what is the best method of tuning?? i just want to take care of the tuning needs before i even touch a wrench if you know what i mean.... btw im running a obd1 p30 ecu (jdm b16a) the turbo will be a garrett t3 with about 5-10 psi

EMS like Hondata, AEM, Uberdata, Crome, NepTune are the best solutions for tuning.
