What kind of noise is that.......
Well i thought i had seen/heard it all but recently while my car has been completely shut off, and off for minutes-hours, approaching the car i sometimes hear a noise comming from under the hood towards the drivers side, that sounds like a little electric motor or pump or something... The noise is active for about 3-5 seconds then quits.. I notice no problems currently with my car, however my ABS light has been on for about 5 months (work/school gives little time to attend to an abs light) .
anythoughts on this strange noise?

Ya know, my 01 SH does the same thing, sounds like a buzzing sound (like a loud bee)? If you hang around long enough (several minutes) it does it again? Don't know whats causing this.
Oh, and my abs light is not on.
