All depends, coilovers like tien or progress will be around 1k. The deliver amazing handling, lowering looks, and usually adjustable. Guarenteed great all around. Lowering springs however, are a differnet story. Basically your putting a softer spring on your stock strut. If you live on a bumpy hill, i sugesst a whole coilover system. I have progress lowering springs on my 05 but i dont have lots of bumps or hills and dont bottom out alot. Tires/wheels really wont make a difference easier

1k is a little high, u can get the tein basic system which is a full shock coilover assembly, without shock adjustment, they work good, casue if u live in a bump filled down u can adjust the height accordingly. Springs are not adjustable, and the springs are not as many coils so hence it brings the car down, i personally have tien coil over step up, one of the best stuff on the market, and it rides nice u can check out www.tein.com i think that is the link at least.

In a nut shell, get a full coilover system. Mugen, Buddy Club, TEIN, they are all good!
