Default Hondarust on quarter panel, any help in chicago?

hey does anyone know any place that would take care of the rust that i have? any shop that does it for cheap and the cost that it'll prolly cost, it's on both side, right side has a little more rust on it. basically where the hondarust usually hit.

What about zinc block bolted to a car body? Here is a thread about it.
It doesn't take existing rust away but stops it from future spreading

fuck hondarust!

when I was going to buy and EF several years back, they quoted me $1400 to cut out the "infected" portion and weld in some new metal, shape it, and re-paint the quarter panels.

I am gettin the drivers side which is real bad, and a whole lot of other sheit done for $500. He will cut and weld it in too, repaint.
