Default damn turbo

ok, i got the turbo on, blah blah blah. theres a problem. when i rev the motor the turbo spools fine, but when i let off the gas, the turbine slows, but it makes a chattering noise. i was like what the fuck? so i drove it and it pulls hard but still makes that noise. so what do you think it is? i have a slight oil leak but i think its because of my drain line being a litle kinked. HELP ME!!!! the car needs to be better ny sunday!!!!!!
edit" its not like a twist, its like when you bend a hose and it bind a little bit in the middle. help me out here guys

Are you running a BOV? Sounds like intake backpressure. When your throttle butterfly closes the boost has nowhere to go. At least that's what I think, I'm no turbo expert. And replace that kinked line, it's only the drain but... better safe then sorry.

pull your filter off and look inside the compressor housing to see if you see any marks or scratches. If so it means the turbin is making contact with the housing and thats not good.
Otherwise it sounds like compressor surge. If you don't have a bov get one, if you do have one, adjust it.

theres hardly any shaft play, and its not bang around on the compressor. i do have a bov, but im gonna try and adjust it. its the turboxs horn. im gonna lube up the cylinder first and if that doesnt work loosen the spring. the ntry a new vac source and last but not lest try and heat and compress the spring

If it's a chattering noise, that sounds like compressor surge to me. Make sure your BOV is working properly.
