Default how to mod an h22 turbo kit to fit an h23?

I am looking into buying a turbo for my h23. I was wondering if i could buy a kit for an h22, and then cut the flange on the exhaust manifold off and replace it with a flange from an h23. If anybody has info on this or any other way to mod the h22 kit it would help so I dont have to spend like 3k for an actual h23 kit.

Thanks

1) an H22 kit will NOT bolt right up to an H23
2) More than just the flanges are different on the H22/H23, the exact location, size and shape of the exhaust openings between the head and the exhaust manifold is different too.

Find an H23 turbo kit, or have someone custom fab you one.

Could i just get an H23 turbo manifold? I really dont want to spend $3000 for an H23 turbo kit. It'd be easier to just buy an H22 kit off Ebay and modify it to fit.
