Preferably 95 or newer. Any comments about known problems with this model?

sometimes there are issues with the roof leaking, but thats the only real Sol specific issue
Why the auto? Dont know how to drive stick, not comfortable with it? Hondas really are more enjoyable with a stick, and Honda auto trannies arnt known to be the best

depends on how much the jet ski and trailer weigh. But you will not pull one with a D16 auto. if you want to pull one, B16 VTEC model is the only way to go. They only came manual.

95 up years are the best. They have the trunk release, and newer style seals. Rust is an issue with all cars, but especially Hondas. Look at the door latch U bolts, rocker panels, and the quater panels. Check for water in the trunk ( I have found that most Honda trunks leak) where the spare sits. There are things you can do to fix that. check out www.teamdelsol.com for the fixes. Look at the seats. If they have discoloration, that is prolly from water leakin on them. But there is also ways to fix that on above mentioned site.

Thanks!! You've been very helpful, nice restoration on the wrecked si.
I figured the jet ski trailer was out - I have the SUV for that just in case.
