Default gas prices not really that bad...in comparison

think about it when you go to a carnival your payin what anywhere from 1.00 to 2.00 a ticket......and even with the buy 20 tickets for $15 its still pricey and it usually takes anywhere from 1-3 tickets per ride. u figure the average ride is about 1 to 3 minutes if even that. so thats anywhere from $1-6 a ride maybe and alot of people have no problem goin and spendin the money at a carnival to do this. now with gas prices between 1.90 and probably $4 u get an average minimum of 15mpgs which is about 15minutes of driving. so thats what between 2-4 for 15minutes....and everyone complains about spending that but if u have a 30mpg car you get about 30minutes for the same price........does this make any sense or am i just a dumbass

Apples and oranges man. Here in :canada: gas is 0.90$ per litre. Water, on the other hand, in a bottle costs 1.50$ per 1 litre bottle. So gas is still cheaper than water. Go figure. :dunno:

Poor comparison to say the least.

i read some blip in a magazine that compared gas prices around the world, and we're still on the low end of the spectrum... nigeria and mexico are the big ones that are lower than us, and venezuela averages $0.16/gallon :eek3:
