Default Stiff Throttle=good, but for how long..

well i had this problem that i thought was fixed...I would give it some gas and it would kinda just not move...i would get from 60 to 80, probably 10X faster if i had the gas pushed 1/4 of the way versus 1/2+ of the way...

thought it was the TPS sensor and the MAP so replaced the TB...and O2 sensor, well fixed it for a while, now its back to the same old, but only in 4th and 5th gear....1-3rd i have power in all RPMs. 4-5 I would be lucky if i could make it to 60 on the on ramp to the highway. also there is some studering under acceleration

But tonight i was driving home, and all was the same untill one time, i pressed the gas, and it was stiff, but I got up to 90 like it was nothing.....did it all the way home and it felt good, but i kinda want to know what the symtoms might lead up to.....]
new,
TB, Intake, o2, wires, plugs, fuel filter....

need help thanks!

i'd say plugs would be the best bet. make sure you replace them with NGK only.

on another note, 5th gear under 60mph, all civics are dogs. h:
