i bought a transmitter on ebay its got the lock, unlock, trunk and panic buttons, but i used the instructions and couldnt get it to work. i beleive its from a newer model acura the remotes. anyone know where i can get instrcutions for my vigor or how i can make the remote work

unless your car already has the keyless upgrade as it was a dealer option you cannot add a remote , if your replaceing a lost remote it has to be ordered by acura it's made by kenwood it's not programable and the serial # on the keyless unit is needed.
