I started off pretty good, but im a Newbie to working on cars, so I dont know exactly what I am doing. Can anyone give me a visual on how to do this, It would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

 

Which part are you stuck on? It is pretty straight forward. Do you have a 4 cylinder or 6 cylinder?

 

I have a 4 cylinder... There was a device that connected to my old air intake in the middle of the tube that now had to place to go. It is pretty big, right behind the battery... SOrry i dont know the correct terms

 

Do you have a digital camera that you can take a picture of it and show me?

 

The pieces are a resonator and a solenoid valve, also the vacuum and other solenoid valves just have hoses that run to now where now what do i do... Am i going to F-up my car.please help

 

If they are just hoses, your new intake should have same spots for you to intall the hoses back. The resonator you can toss because you won't need it.

 

I have two places for hose right by the throttle body, and one i know for sure what it is the other i dont know.. Also there was a tube coming from the solenoid valve into the resonator, what do i do with that, there is no way it can reach the spot on the intake. Also i have to metal bars that came with my intake, i figured the were for mounting but there is no place for them
....Someone at scho0ol mentioned something about airflow sensors, do i have to worry about that

 

I suggest you either have a mechanic do the install for you or have a friend that has done one before to help you. It is very straight forward and the intake should've came with instructions. If you don't know where hoses and mounting plates go, you should get some assistance.
