Default Getting an abused 92lx back to good

Ok the former owner of my female's car blew the headgasket and ran it till a friend bought it. He's a mechanic and replaced the head and the rings, as well as gaskets ect. It still needs a new AC compressor ( see discountACparts.com. Talk about a deal!!!) is there any other than the usual things for a car with 180k 2.5k on a half new motor I should be looking to fix, replace test, ect, ect???

Check the suspension, all of it. It should be almost, if not completely worn out by 180k. This includes the shocks, springs (for sag,) and all bushings (for cracking or setting.)

Align it, it's probably out. Have the tires balanced, or replaced if they show wear or age damage.

Check ignition timing just because, and replace the fuel filter, plugs, cap/rotor, and wires if you are uncertain of the age... an oil change and trans fluid change goes without saying.
