02 TL or 01 MDX?

02 TL or 01 MDX?
I have a choice between a 2002 3.2 TL with navi, or a 2001 MDX with navi.
I always go for the newer model, but not about the mdx now.
Basically need the mdx for the reason it can hold more passengers, but is the TL better?

I have both, each has its own good points. It really depends on what you want right now. Need the extra room and seats? Like to go to the snow country? Like drving fast?
