I want to disable the buzzer that comes on when the key is in the ignition and the door is open. Has anyone done it?

I did it on my Civic by disconnecting the wire to the door light switch and ran a wire from the rear door light switch to the front door light switch.
I don't want to start pulling panels off on a brand new car. Not yet anyway.

I also did this on my Daihatsu, there was a buzzer that I disconnected.


The sould on the TL appears to come from behind the dash.
