Hey, i just got my acura (2002 3.2 tL) and i was wondering if i can change my fog lights to a different color or a more powerfull one. If so, how much and where. (in nyc)

 

First you need to find out what kind of bulb it is. Once you do, you can try to put in a higher wattage bulb but becareful because the stock housing might not be able to take on the extra heat and might start to melt. As for color, you can always get the ion yellow if you want yellow or get one that matches your headlight.

 

Yes you can change it out. It's a 9006 bulb.

 

If it is the 9006 and you want yellow, you should get the PIAA ion yellow. It is hard to find in the U.S. but you can search Ebay and there is a seller from Hong Kong that is pretty good and price is excellent. I buy from him for my wife's MDX's fog lights. Very nice fogs.
