ECU Code: 1 & 43... translation please

ECU Code: 1 & 43... translation please
OK. I have been trying to solve my car issues. I fixed the header and the connection to the cat. The car is running a hell of a lot better now.
After a bit, my check engine light comes on. I checked the code per Geo's How To - worked great!
It threw two codes:
1
43
The 1 is a O2 SensorA. The 43 is a Fuel System Supply. I have been told that a bad O2 or CAT can also throw a 43.
Q: What exactly is the issue here? What is SensorA? The O2 Sensor was replaced last year at VIIV with a Bosch and the check engine light came immediately on. I never been able to fix it since then.
