i've searched for this info and didn't find anything. i am helping a friend piece together a b18b swap for his 97 civic dx, and i suggested that he go with an obd1 swap so that he can run uberdata or hondata with his turbo. what i am trying to find out is what problems can we expect doing the obd1 swap in an obd2 car? i know that he needs the ecu conversion harness, and the distributor plugs will need to be changed, but what else is necessary? sorry if this info is posted somewhere all ready, i couldn't find it. thanks.

 

you pretty much got the bases covered. obd conversion harness. you can just use an obd2 distributor if you don't want to do any other wiring.
