my husband changed my car battery ... now my radio does not play. I entered the code wrong and it will not reset

take the battery cables off again,wait a minute to be sure. then put them back on. it should let u enter it again.

Entering the wrong code 3 times locks you out for an hour. Just wait an hour, or like Palaya said disconnect the battery for a few minutes.
