Default 2000 civic amp ground location in trunk?

I will be installing an amp in my trunk in my 2000 civic EX. Where is the best place to ground the amp in the trunk in this particular model? I will be bringing the power wire through the passenger side firewall behind the battery, so a ground on the passenger side in the trunk would be ideal. All responses appreciated. Thanks.

Put a ring on the end of the negative wire, and use the seatbelt bolt as your ground.
