99 CL Crankshaft Position

99 CL Crankshaft Position
I have a 99 CL and the CEL came on yesterday. The manufacturer's error code is P1359, or Crankshaft Position/Top Dead Center/Cylinder. What exactly does this mean and how can I repair this myself?

I believe it is the TDC sensor, not sure about your CL but my old Integra was very easy to replace.
