'88 CRX Si 4sale-CHEAP! Chicago suburbs

I have an '88 CRX for sale... Si 5 speed manual, 205K miles, black/grey int. w/ sunroof.
runs well, body is a bit rough (rust and a few minor dings + one good dent in rear pass qtr panel that was there when I bought the car in '96)... looks good from a distance ;o)
new tires few years ago, new catylitic converter 2 years ago, new front CV joints last year, new front brake pads, new front driver qtr panel couple years ago, ...
interior is good shape. I have removed driver door panel and some of the panels in the "trunk" area but still have all the parts.
I have clear title

I just bought a Mini Cooper a couple months ago and have way too many other fixer upper projects hanging over my head to get into restoring the CRX though I would really like to - I love that car and would like to sell it to someone who can/would fix it up or use the parts to fix up another CRX rather then send it to the junk yard...
