Oil on tip of spark plug wires
When I went to change the spark plugs on my '95 Civic, I notice oil on the tip of each wire. (The end of the wire that attaches to the plug) It seems to be worse on the plug wire closet to the timing belt.
Any clue what could be going on?

I have the same issue and it was the same wire closest to the timing belt that had the oil. Are you burning any oil that you know of? My best advise would be to change out the spark plug grommets and see if that improves anything.

When the valve cover is removed, they should be visible at the spark plug holes. They are just pieces of rubber that go between the valve cover and the head to prevent oil leakage through there.
If you go to any autoparts store, they should have a valve cover gasket and spark plug grommet sets.

The valve cover set with grommets will run around 20 bucks at an auto parts store (at least down here in Miami) You might want to go ahead and use your service manual to adjust your valves when you take off the valve cover.
