Im very new to this site, and was just wondering to replace my bumper and left fender for a 95 civic si coupe

the fender comes off easy, there are 10mm bolts in the engine compartment (4 ithink) in the door jam (2?) one under the side skirt and one inside the wheel well under the corner light. The bumper i believe has those 5 screws on the rad support and the same bolts for the fender (under the corner lights). There are plastic clips holding the splash guards and the shield under the rad. Just pull slowly you may forget some clips (I did). Good luck with those screws @ the front of the bumper, they were seized on mine and i stripped them.
