this is what it is:

93 LS short block. This is dissasembled, it just came back from the machine shop. It has been honed (not bored), sandblasted, and all the holes retapped, crank has been micropolished. It has a Type R water pump and oil pump, and a new tensioner.

so basically, block, crank, water & oil pumps.

he is asking 400 obo with that + oil pan tapped for turbo (not taking that) new oil pan gasket (might take that) and stock rods with burnt pistons (not taking them)

i was gonna offer him 250 for it, does that seem fair?
